HREFplus 1.1 is a handy FileMaker® Pro datafile that will store and organize your URL and E-Mail addresses, but it will not only store and help manage them, it also provides the <A HREF></A> code for the address in 3 different styles of your choosing. If you manage a large or even a short list of WWW links and/or E-Mail addresses this program will make your life easier. I know, I maintain a list of E-Mail addresses that has 250+ names on it, broken down into various categories (countries). I use this program to update my HTML document quickly and accurately whenever changes occur. No need for double effort. Writing the code for HTML documents can be a pain, especially lists. The only slight draw back I see is that you can't do the whole list at a time if the list is in categories on the HTML document. You have to do it a category at a time. Even at that, this really speeds up the process of updating your list(s) and also changing the style quickly when you want to. I've made it all push button / scripts to make it easy to use, hopefully.
With this program there is no need to search through the list/codes on the HTML document to make changes, you practically go blind weeding through the code and text to find what you want. With HREFplus 1.1, just find the category, sort (by name or address) and copy the records using the "<apple><option><C> command" after you have chosen the style, this copies all data within a layout to the clipboard, and then paste all the text onto the HTML document in the appropriate place and it is done. It doesn't get any easier than that! Your list will not only be in alphabetical order, but also be in the style you desired, single or double spaced. If the style you desire is not offered, let me know and I might add it to the next version. I believe the three styles provided are the most widely used on the WWW and will probably be sufficient for your needs.
